All you will need is:
-Any old phone, laptop, tablet
-the app PicCollage (or any kind of app that can make collages)
First, decide what pictures you want to upload.
Second, download PicCollage
Last, upload your pictures and adjust if necessary. The app allows you to resize and rotate the pictures. Also offering many free filers to brighten up your pictures.
